As a new customer, there are a few things we will need to obtain in order to best help you with your mailings. For a specific list please select the client type below that best describes your organization.

Additionally, we will need to submit a Processing Acknowledgment Form (PAF) to the United States Postal Service (USPS) before running data processing services like National Change of Address (NCOA) because it enables USPS and the mailing industry to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974 by way of a written request to use change of address information for mailing purposes. The majority of our jobs require this service so it is essential that we submit it before processing bulk-mailings for your organization. The PAF will have two electronic signatures from us, one confirming Do-Good as your mail processor and another on behalf of you and your organization, permitting us to process your data for the NCOA process. You can submit the required information using a form available on the links below.
